It is very important for us that the homes where we place our puppies would be able to provide the needed attention and loving care for our puppies. The well-being of our puppies plays an integral part in our consideration in finding good homes. The new owner must ensure that the new member of their family receives proper nutrition, exercise and socialization, disease prevention through vaccination, de-worming and immediate veterinary check-ups as needed. Keeping them clean and well-groomed is a necessary step to giving them a healthy life.
Our puppies go to their new homes with two (2) vaccinations, de-wormed, and microchipped.
Every puppy that we place to homes is covered with a one (1) year health guarantee from any life-threatening genetic disorder. A replacement puppy or a full refund of the purchase price is given after complying certain requirements stated in the contract. Genetic disorders are problems that we want to avoid in the bloodline of breeding adults that we keep. That’s why we are following strict breeding and selection standards to ensure that the puppies we provide are free of these problems. We make ourselves always available to extend necessary support to guide our new dog owners in the proper care of the new member of their family.
For puppies sold within the province of Ontario, we prefer that the puppy be picked up. New owner should have a carrier for medium-sized breeds. This is to ensure that the puppy is safe while in transit to his/her new home. All the information shall be provided to the new owner with regards to the proper care of the puppy-feeding, exercise, socialization, basic training and food for the puppy together with the necessary documents – sales contract, puppy passport, vaccination record, de-worming record, microchip information, vet-check record, etc.
Out-of-province deliveries are done by plane with airport-to-airport pick-up arrangement. Shipping details shall be provided to the new owner which he/she shall confirm with the airline. Other details shall be discussed and agreed to ensure safe transport of the puppy and immediate pick-up at the destination airport.
For puppies sold to other countries, deliveries are also done by plane with airport-to-airport pick-up arrangement. Documentation requirements may vary in each country. Import permit and list of required documents to the country of destination shall be provided by the new owner prior to shipment.
All our puppies shipped by plane are placed in a secured carrier with enough food and water which meets the requirements of the airline. New owners are required to send a letter of confirmation by email that they received the puppy at the point of destination in good health condition.
